urVeterinarian

Your veterinary career. Connected.

A professional identity that belongs to you — not to whoever employs you this year. Your credentials, your expertise, your practice history, carried with you when everything around you changes.

The profile belongs to the veterinarian

Affiliation is a relationship, not ownership. Leaving a practice ends that relationship and records it as history — it does not hand your professional identity to your former employer, and it does not delete it.

Portable

Move practices, go relief, take a hospital post, work across three clinics at once. The identity is one record; the affiliations change around it.

Evidenced

Credentials are shown when they can be traced to a source, and left off when they cannot. A missing credential is an honest blank, never an implied one.

Yours to control

You decide what a client sees, what a colleague sees, and what nobody sees. Nothing you add becomes public because you added it.

The settings are the veterinarian’s, not the employer’s

Working hours, calendar sync and how bookings reach you are configured by the person doing the work — and they travel with the professional identity rather than with whoever runs the building.

A veterinarian’s settings screen showing per-day availability hours, a Google Calendar sync toggle and a timezone, with the clinical sidebar alongside
The veterinarian’s own availability and calendar settings.

One professional identity. Different authorized views.

A pet owner deciding who to trust and a colleague deciding where to send a referral are asking different questions. They should not get the same page — and they should not require two profiles.

What a client sees

Planned

Who you are, what you treat, which species, where you practise, and how to reach you. Clear enough to choose a veterinarian, and nothing more.

What a colleague sees

Planned

Case experience, referral interests, what you will take, how you prefer to be contacted, and whether you are available for a consult — with the actions to start one.

Both views will be decided on the server, so information a viewer is not entitled to never reaches their browser. One rule already holds and is not waiting on any of this: being able to see a professional profile grants no access whatever to an animal’s medical record. That follows the animal, its owner and the care relationship, and it is decided somewhere else entirely.

Claiming a profile

Many veterinarians already appear here because their licence is a matter of public record. That listing is a directory entry drawn from a source — it is not an account, and it does not mean the veterinarian uses urSynergy.

1. Find your listing

Search by name and jurisdiction. If the facts are wrong, claiming is how you correct them.

2. Verify it is you

Identity is checked before a profile changes hands. A public record is not a password.

3. Make it yours

Biography, focus, species, affiliations, availability, and the visibility rules that govern all of it.
